Information you choose to provide

The inquiry form requests your name, phone number, optional email address, and a brief description of your situation. It also submits your selected language, inquiry category, and consent information. The firm uses these details to evaluate and respond to your inquiry.

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, identity documents, detailed medical records, or other highly sensitive material through this initial inquiry form.

Form delivery and third-party services

Form submissions are received and stored by Netlify, the website’s hosting provider, which applies automated spam filtering and emails each inquiry to the firm. See Netlify’s privacy policy for its practices. The website also loads an embedded Google Maps listing. Google may receive technical information such as your IP address and use cookies under its privacy policy. These services have their own retention and processing practices.

Calls, messages, and AI intake

Calls are initially answered by an AI intake assistant, which collects information to help the firm handle your inquiry and arrange attorney contact. Calling, texting, emailing, or submitting an inquiry does not create an attorney-client relationship. If you request contact, the firm may respond by your supplied contact methods about your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages.

Your choices

You may contact the firm to ask about information submitted through the site or to request a correction or deletion, subject to applicable legal and professional obligations. You can contact the firm by telephone instead of using the form. This version of the website does not add advertising or analytics trackers of its own.
